October

After they got over the disappointment of visiting a pumpkin patch that was not Grandma & Grandpa's, we had fun picking pumpkins,  and climbing the straw bales.  (The only down side to this trip was when Dakota pick up a gourd and threw it.  It broke, and I made him pay for it with his own money even though no one else saw, and he "didn't mean to break it."  He was not happy with me, but I'm hoping he learned from the experience.
We went to Little Sahara "on the way" to Zion's for Fall Break.  The kids loved it, want to go back, and want four-wheelers and motorcycles.  Definitely worth the detour.  Even without ATVs.

They loved the river at Zion's.  And did really well on the shuttles we didn't realize we had to take everywhere.  (It's been a long time since we've been).  Despite the crowds, they want to go back.

Before the walk to weeping rock.

After our little family vacation, we hung out with Adam's family.  If you look close you might be able to spot some children at the top of this hill.  Dakota had fun "exploring" with his cousins.  (We went to the mountain to help gather wood for the winter).
I recently decided to stop putting Bridget down for naps.  She would still take them, but she wouldn't go to bed until really late and kept poor Audrey awake for hours after bedtime.  So for the first time, I have a child who can fall asleep just about anywhere.

She had to be a PURPLE ballerina for Halloween.

A ninja.  Same costume as last year.  Love this kid.

It took her a while to decide what to be for Halloween.  Until she found this unicorn costume.
(Stairs were a little tricky ).
