February

Now that I'm writing in my journal more, I'm not sure if I'll keep up the blog or not, but here's a quick summary of February:

I spent a lot of February taking care of sick kids.  We also spent a lot of time playing outside.  We went down south to visit the in-laws twice in February.  The first time was for Adam to help shear the sheep.  Adam got himself with the shears when a buck stood up and ended up with 17 stitches.  The second time was to help judge the Science Olympiad.  Adam's mom offered to watch the kids so I could help Adam with his events... it was fun to see why we've been traveling down for the past few years, and spend time with Adam.  Dakota's endocrinology appointment was also in February.  Basically we just confirmed that he is small because of genetics.  He will grow later than most kids, and should reach puberty 2 years later than them too.  (YAY!)  The doctors predict that he'll be between 5'6" and 5'10" fully grown... he just won't reach that height until he is 18 or so.
