Gingerbread

As many families do, we had a December FHE night dedicated to making gingerbread houses.  I made a small house for the kids and let them have at it.  After they went to bed, Adam and I worked on ours.  Our ward does a silent gingerbread house auction during the ward Christmas Party to raise money for Sub-for-Santa for families in the neighborhood.  I love making gingerbread houses and then donating them so I don't have to keep them around the house.  (Even if we do end up buying someone else's...)

Can you tell what it is?  Not quite finished.

I forgot to take a picture of the finished product, so snapped a quick one with my phone at the church.  As you can tell, we need a lot of help in the decorating department.

Later, we made gingerbread men with the extra dough, frosting, and candy.

Don't you just love Audrey's mouth?
