Eleven years ago, Adam and I spent our Honeymoon at his family's cabin. Our goal is to go back every year to celebrate our Anniversary. This was our second time actually making it. Once again his grandpa let us borrow his truck and four-wheeler so we could get there. (A lot of mud this time of year). We are so glad we live close enough to family for weekend visits, and that Adam's mom is willing to watch the kids. We are determined to visit more often. Hopefully we'll take the kids some time this fall.

| We tried to explain the the kids that they wouldn't want to sit buckled in the car longer than they needed to, but they were so excited to go to grandma's that we couldn't keep them out if we tried (while we loaded up the van). |

| The view from the cabin. |

| There was a beautiful full moon, which I obviously can't take a picture of. (It was crisp and clear in person, not all blurry like this picture). |
 |
| The view from the lava flow (where we picnic everytime we go). |
 |
| A tree that had a rough life. This area is full of them. |
